How will IHRN save me time? 
You can tell all the recruiting firms or vendors who contact you that you only work with companies that are part of the In House Recruiting Network, and that all of your current opening are located on this site. Tell them to review your postings on ihrn.com before contacting you with any possible fits. This should begin to cut your calls in half.

How is this process going to save me money? 
Any vendor that is a part of the In House Recruiting Network has to offer our members a discount on their service. These discounts begin at 3% and can run as high as the vendor chooses.

What if I have an agreement with a firm already, and now I see that they are part of the In House Recruiting Network? 
All discounts are transferable to that agreement, unless otherwise stated in writing by the vendor.

Why should I join?
This network is set up specifically to benefit you, the in house recruiter. We’re here to make your time in the office more productive, by limiting your calls from vendors who can’t really help you.   

What other types of vendors will be listed on this site?
We would like to offer job boards, recruiting firms, mail houses, print shops, or anything else that has to do with recruiting.
